Easily Download Your Real Estate Media Content
At Come and Shoot It, we make downloading your photos, videos, and 3D tours effortless. Whether you're a real estate agent or a property manager, our platform is designed to simplify the process, saving you time and stress. Follow this guide to quickly access, download, and manage your media with ease.
Accessing Your Content
Once your photographer has shared your content, you'll receive an email notification. This email includes a link directing you to the Download Center for your listing. In the Download Center, you’ll find all the content shared by the photographer—images, videos, 3D tours, media files, and even property websites.
How to Download All Content
Follow these steps to download all your media files at once:
Click the link in your email to open the Download Center.
Select the Download button in the top-right corner.
Choose the content you want to download from the pop-up menu. You can download individual files or everything in one go.
The files will download as a zip file in your computer’s default downloads folder.
Unzip the file to access your media.
Pro Tip: You can return to the Download Center anytime to download additional files.
All your files will download as a compressed ZIP folder, which you can easily unzip and access on your computer. It’s quick, hassle-free, and gets you back to focusing on your real estate marketing in no time!
Downloading a Single Image
If you’d prefer to download just one image instead of the full set:
Open the Download Center for the listing.
Scroll down to the individual images section.
Below each image, you'll see options to download either the print-quality or web-quality version.
Click on the version you need, and your download will begin immediately.
Using an iOS device?
You can view and download individual images directly to your camera roll.
If you select "Download All," the files will save as a zip file in your downloads folder. Navigate to the downloads folder to unzip the file and add the images to your camera roll.
Access Property Websites
Need the property website for your listing? No problem! Head to the Property Websites section in the Download Center. Here, you can copy both branded and unbranded website links directly—no downloads necessary. These links are perfect for sharing on social media, email campaigns, and MLS listings to attract potential buyers.
Troubleshooting Downloads
If you’re having trouble downloading your real estate media, first ensure your payment has been completed. We release content only after payment confirmation. Still having issues? Contact us via email, and our support team will help you resolve the problem right away.
