How can I schedule an appointment for real estate photography?

This is a great question! Photography success starts with pre-shoot preparation! Our team takes a few moments to do an initial walkthrough and identify anything we may need to move for ideal picture composition. We ensure the trash can, paper towel rack and any miscellaneous items are out of sight so your pictures will look their best!

When in a photo shoot will your photographer move furniture?

This is a great question! Photography success starts with pre-shoot preparation! Do you wear booties?

Absolutely! We visit main properties every day and we don’t want to track anything into your clients home.

How long will the photo shoot appointment take?

Real estate photography times can range greatly, depending on the scope and size of a project. Utilizing booking packages is an effective way to customize your shoot for optimal results!

To capture every detail of your home, drone photography and videography require more in-depth preparation. Generally speaking, homes under a quarter acre can be shot within one to two hours; however for larger properties or ranches/land the shoot time tends to increase significantly. Upon booking I will give you an accurate estimation of how long the package you have chosen should take so that we achieve perfect results!

When will I receive my photos?

Get your photo results quickly! Our standard delivery time is two business days, but if you need them urgently rush orders are available. For $50 Next Day and $100 Same Day Rush - perfect for those last minute projects.

How will I be notified once my images are ready?

Once your photos are ready, our Client Center will provide you with a personalized email containing the links and downloadable files. Quickly access those beautiful images to start sharing them!

What if I have special instructions?

We want you to get the exact shots that will make your finished project shine. If there are any specific instructions for us, just let us know in the "Instructions & Notes" tab when placing your order - and we'll take it from there! 

What if there are unfavorable weather conditions during the shoot?

Weather is unpredictable, and in the photography world, this can cause delays. Working together with our clients we make decisions that ensure every shoot goes off without a hitch - even if Mother Nature has other plans! We always consider blue sky replacement for cloudy or rainy days; so no matter what challenges arise you get the photos your project deserves.

From the heart of Cedar Park, we provide comprehensive real estate services throughout Austin and Central Texas. Our reach spans far beyond our hometown; though an additional fee may be applicable for more distant clients.

Does anyone need to be at the property/home for the photography appointment?

Unlocking the entrance to a photography session just got easier. With permission from homeowners, you can use either a Supra eKey or contractor's lockbox for convenient entry - 7 digit CBS Code required! Need-be onsite? No problem; both you and the homeowner are welcome to join in too.

What about cancellations and reschedules?

Need to cancel your appointment? We understand, but please make sure you do it within the 24 hours prior. Same-Day Cancellations will incur a $150 fee, and On-Site cancellations may require an additional travel charge in addition to the $175 penalty. We will always accommodate unique circumstances such as weather conditions!

What about terms and conditions?

If full payment has been made, you have the right to use the products, and it means you agree that the right to use the products has been given ONLY to you. You agree that you cannot transfer, assign or sublicense your rights to use the products, the photographs, video, or other kinds of media included therein to anyone without the copyright holder's written permission.

Your rights allow you to use our photographs, videos, and other media for marketing purposes. However, your Rights do not authorize third parties to display, copy, or distribute our work to provide services competitive with our products unless our written permission allows you. For real estate, these rights are valid without limits, as long as you have the listing. If you no longer have the listing, the rights to use the products are also gone.

If someone asks you about your rights to the products, you would need to refer them to us. If we allow others to use our products, an additional licensing fee may be necessary.
