Overview

Got an assistant or coordinator helping you out? Or maybe just a tight-knit team that juggles listings and media orders? The Teams feature was made for you. Share access, stay organized, and keep everything running smoothly—no more juggling accounts or bouncing between platforms.

Creating or Joining a Team for the First Time

Guess what? You already have a team by default! 🎉 It starts with a team of one (just you), but you can easily expand. Ready to create or join a team? Head to the dropdown menu in the top left corner of your dashboard and click “Create or join a team.”

📌 Then, you’ll get two options:

  • Create a team: Give it a cool name, add a description (optional), and include a brokerage name if needed. Just check in with your broker or manager first!

  • Join a team: Easy as that—you’ll be onboarded in no time.

For either option, follow the steps, and voilà! Your team is good to go.

Ready to create your team? Just hit ‘Create team’ and you’ll be prompted to pick a team name—plus you can add a description and brokerage name if you’d like! Before diving in, though, it’s a good idea to check in with your broker or manager to make sure you’re all on the same page. Teamwork makes the dream work, right?

Join a Team:

Want to join a team? Awesome! Just hit ‘Join a team,’ pop in the affiliate code, and click ‘Join team’—boom, you’re in! By default, you’ll start as a member (hello, teammate!), but if you need admin superpowers, no worries! Just reach out to someone on the team with admin access. Easy peasy!

Admins, this one’s for you! Head to your team settings page to find your ‘Affiliate ID.’ Need help with affiliate codes?

Switching Between Teams

Changing teams is a breeze! 🌬️ Click the dropdown menu in the top left corner of your dashboard to view all your teams. Click the one you want, and boom—you’re in! Need a new team? Just hit “Create or join a team” to get started.

Your “default” team is the one that will automatically be selected for new orders, but switching is as easy as pie. 🥧

User Roles

Exciting news! Teams now come with roles—Admin or Member. Here’s the scoop:

  • Members: Can view their own listings and place orders for themselves.

  • Admins: Get the keys to the kingdom! They can view all team listings, place orders for anyone, add or manage users, and tweak team settings.

⚡ Pro tip: Assign “Admin” roles to coordinators or team managers. Individual agents who only need access to their own stuff? Stick with the “Member” role.

Managing Team Settings

Admins, this is your superpower! 🦸‍♀️ Navigate to the “Team” section under “Team Settings” in the left-hand menu. From there, you can:

  • Update team details

  • Manage your roster of members and admins

Adding New Members to a Team

Admins can grow the team by adding members individually or through bulk import (because who has time to add people one by one?). Once invited, members just need to accept, and they’re in! You can even tweak roles or archive users if needed.

Archiving

Got a team member who’s moving on? Admins can archive them under “Members and Admin” settings. Once archived, they’ll lose access to team listings and settings. Think of it as putting their membership on pause.

Notification Settings

Keep everyone in the loop (or not). Admins can manage notification settings to customize who gets updates. By default, all admins get notified, but you can adjust this for each person. Stay in control without the inbox overwhelm!

Ordering

Admins, you’ve got the power to place orders for your team! 💪 Here’s how:

  1. Head to the order form via the “Place order” button.

  2. Select the team and team member you’re ordering on behalf of.

  3. Confirm everything and place the order—done!

I'm just ordering for myself - do I have to have a team?

Absolutely! Every order in Aryeo is connected to a "team"—but don’t worry, your team can totally be a party of one! 🎉 By default, you’ll start with a team that’s just you. Perfect for placing orders solo, no fuss required!

Why can't I find some of my listings?

Hmm, can’t find your listings? Chances are they’re hanging out with a different team! Each listing is tied to a specific team, so make sure you’re logged into the right one. Check the 'Current Team' dropdown in the top left corner of your dashboard to see how many listings are in each team. Switch teams, and voilà—they’ll show up on your 'Listings' page!

Does the Team’s branding impact marketing materials?

You bet! Your Team’s branding (like name and logo) will shine through on your marketing materials. Time to make that branding pop! 🎨

Admin Questions

Can a user only be the admin of one Team?

Nope! You can be the big boss of as many Teams as you’d like. Admin power unlocked! 💪

I have a listing coordinator who I want to grant access to my listings to. How do I do that?

Easy peasy! If you’re an admin, head to your 'Team Settings' on the left sidebar and find the 'Members and Admins' section. Hit 'Invite member,' pop in their info, and you’re set! Want them to manage your listings too? Just make sure to grant them the admin role. Teamwork makes the dream work! 🙌

Can the admin of a Team see the listings of a member that is also associated with another, different Customer Team?

Nope! Admins can only see listings tied to their specific Customer Team. Listings stay loyal to their own Team. 🛡️

Where can the admin of a Team find the listings of the team members in that Team?

Listings are exclusive to one Team, so they’ll only show up there! Admins can use the Team dropdown in the top left corner to select the right Team, then head to the 'Listings' page to check out all the listings from their Team members. Easy as 1-2-3!

How can an admin place an order on behalf of their team member in the Team?

No sweat! Admins can go to the 'Listings' page, use the Team dropdown to pick the right Team, and then place an order. You can even filter for specific team members’ listings on the same page. Team admin-ing like a pro! 💼

Can an admin pay for an order using a team member’s card on file?

Sorry, no can do! Payments can only be made using your own payment method—so keep those cards handy! 💳
