The Supra iBox (eKey) is an electronic lockbox for real estate agents nationwide. Your listings can be secure with a unique CBS code for safe property access. To find this seven-digit code follow easy steps below to access the code through your Supra App.

When is a CBS code necessary?

Supra exclusively permits Members, such as real estate agents and brokers, as well as Affiliates like us at Come and Shoot It Photography and other contractors. Our local MLS currently mandates all affiliates to use a CBS code for accessing lockboxes.

How do I locate, modify, or activate my CBS code in the Supra eKEY app?

Step 1: Navigate to the "My Lockboxes" section on the main page of the Supra eKEY app.

Step 2: Choose the lockbox associated with the property.

Step 3: Select the “Program Lockbox” option on the lockbox options page.

Step 4: The CBS Code can be found under Lockbox “Keybox Settings” Require CBS. The 7-digit code is to the right.
